Add your PDFs
Drop one PDF, or several. Every page appears as a thumbnail — pages from different files are tinted.

Check the settings
Drag pages into order. Hover a page to rotate, duplicate or delete it; add blank pages or reverse the whole order from the toolbar.

Save the result
Press Save PDF. Pages are copied exactly — no quality loss, no watermark.
Why it doesn’t upload
Reorganizing a document means handling every page of it. On an online service, that means every page sits on their server while you drag thumbnails around. Here the thumbnails are drawn and the pages rearranged inside your own browser.

- Bookmarks and table-of-contents links aren’t carried into the new file.
- Password-protected PDFs need their password removed first.
- Keyboard: arrow keys move between pages; hold Alt or ⌘ with an arrow to move a page; Delete removes it.

What happens to your file
Thumbnails are rendered by pdf.js so you can see what you are moving; the saved file is built by copying the original page objects in your new order with pdf-lib. Rotations you set are written as each page’s /Rotate value, so nothing is re-rendered.

How do I rearrange or reorder pages in a PDF?
Drop the PDF here, drag each page thumbnail to where it belongs — the others move aside to make room — and press Save PDF. On a phone, press and hold a page first, then drag. With a keyboard, select a page and press Alt (or ⌘) with an arrow key. The order you see is the order that is saved.
Is there a free PDF page arranger with no sign-up?

Can I combine pages from different PDFs?
Yes. Add more PDFs and their pages join the same grid, tinted by file, so you can mix them in any order.

Hover the page and press the bin icon, or select it and press Delete. For many pages at once, Delete PDF Pages lets you tick them all.
Can I add a blank page?
Yes — Blank page in the toolbar adds one at the end, and you can drag it anywhere.
Will rearranging reduce quality?
No. Pages are copied exactly as they are; only their order and rotation change.
